When will my order be delivered?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number for tracking the shipment. This means you always know exactly where your order is and when it is expected to be delivered. Shipping takes on average 2 to 4 working days. If there are any delays with the respective shipping partner, please feel free to contact us. We strive to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
The status of my shipment does not change. What can I do?
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours until the initial delivery status of your shipment is visible. Your order will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days.
Is delivery to a packing station or post office possible?
Yes, we also deliver to packing stations or post offices in Germany. To do this, please select “Packstation” or “Post Office” for the delivery address. Please enter your DHL customer number and Packstation number in the field provided.
How much are the shipping costs?
We deliver your ordered items directly to your home free of charge for orders over €50.
Will the data I provide be passed on?
Your data is safe with us! The data you provide will only be passed on to those responsible for payment and delivery.
How will my order be shipped?
Within Germany we ship with DHL or DPD, shipments abroad are sent via the shipping partner DHL.
Which countries are delivered to?
We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Czech Republic.
What do I have to do if my delivery address changes?
As long as your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping partner, our customer service can make changes to the shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, please contact the relevant shipping partner directly or obtain the necessary information via the shipment's tracking number. To change the delivery address in your personal account for future orders, simply correct your address under “My Account” and save the address again.
Is there express shipping?
Express shipping is currently not possible. However, we will continue to expand our service in your interests.
Do you deliver in neutral packaging?
We ship your order in recycled, brown shipping boxes with the neutral imprint “Your natural alternative”.
I received an incomplete or incorrect delivery?
If you have received an incomplete or incorrect delivery, we would like to sincerely apologize in advance. Please contact our customer service. They will check your concerns immediately and arrange for a quick replacement delivery or exchange.
Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?
Yes. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, we offer you the option of having the order delivered to a different delivery address (e.g. to your place of work). Enter the desired delivery address here under the “Shipping address” section. If the package has already been handed over to the shipping partner, please contact them to change the delivery address/determine the desired location. If the package cannot be delivered when the delivery is attempted, your shipment will be taken to the nearest post office and can be picked up there. You will be informed about the possible collection via an information card in the mailbox or by email from your delivery person.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time for packages within Germany, Austria or Switzerland is on average 2-4 working days.
How can I track my order?
To track your package, you will receive a tracking email as soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping partner.
Can I cancel or change an order?
As long as your order is still being processed, we can still make changes to the address and products. Please contact us by email ( or via chat. Please have the order number and your change request ready. If you need something quick, it's best to call us directly.

Do you deliver to Switzerland?
We deliver to Switzerland. You are welcome to select your desired country in the online shop at the top left and you will be taken directly to our Swiss online shop.
My order keeps being canceled?
You are welcome to contact our customer service directly via the free hotline or support to reach. We would be happy to help you with your order. Please let us know where exactly the order is canceled. Most of the time this could also be related to the selected payment method. For example, when paying with a credit card, a 3D secure code is required.
